Here is a Cooperative Agreement that occurs often between us and the horses aka The Horse “Handshake”.
The ooperative Agreeement which is downloadable below, consitututes the duties and obligations between Wild Horse Connection and the Nevada Department of Agriculture.
This Cooperative Agreeement delineates such things as: Contact Points, Scope of Work, Mutual Party Agreements, Owners Consent, Consideration, Indemnity, Insurance and Hold Harmless, Subcontracting, Terms, Jurisdiction and Authority.
